Teen Girls ages 12-18. This no-contact fitness class focuses on boxing skills, sports conditioning, and bodily awareness.
Your daughter will learn self-defense while gaining a sisterhood with other girls in class. We work as a team to stay active and be the best version of ourselves.
At The Lincoln Indian Center
This is a free no contact self-defense/fitness class. It focuses on boxing skills, sports conditioning, and bodily awareness. Youth will learn self-defense while gaining a sense of belonging in their community. We work as a team to stay active and be the best version of ourselves.
For ages 4-100. Our coaches will work one-on-one with you to provide high-quality athletic training tailored to your level of fitness. All workouts can be modified to any physical ability.
Lessons may be done in house, or at your place of residence. Hours and availability may vary.
